Dr. Adaeze Oreh is a Nigerian family physician and public health specialist whose career spans clinical medicine, federal and state health policy, national blood service leadership, and global health research.

She holds an MBBS from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MSc in International Health Management from Imperial College London, an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, holds a Fellowship from the West African College of Physicians in Family Medicine, and is a doctoral researcher in Global Health at the University of Groningen.

She served as Honourable Commissioner for Health, Rivers State (2023–2026), where she oversaw health system reform for approximately 9 million people.
